London/Teesside 17 October 2025: Binding Solutions Limited (“BSL” or the “Company”) is pleased to publish a paper co-written by Richard Joyce and Dr. Matthew Bennett, BSL’s Head of Research and Development and Head of Science respectively.

The paper “The Decarbonisation Role of Cold Agglomerated Iron Ore Pellets for Ironmaking by the Direct Reduction Route” was presented at the 9th ABM Week conference in São Paulo, Brazil organised by the Brazilian Association of Metallurgy, Materials and Mining.

Richard is an experienced technical innovator and founder technologist of Binding Solutions. Prior to Binding Solutions, Richard was Technical Product Support Manager at Lafarge Aggregates where he was responsible for managing carbonates for steel and chemical industries, slag processing and all types of construction materials. Matthew leads Binding Solutions’ scientific research into agglomeration and assists in the development of new technologies and products for clients. He is an expert in the thermochemical behaviour of minerals he is heavily involved in the development of our proprietary binding formulations.
