MOU WITH ANTHRACITE TRADER
​
Binding Solutions Ltd has signed an MOU with a large anthracite trader to explore building five plants in Western and Northern Europe.

Successful lab tests have been conducted on initial samples and BSL are continuing to work on improving pellet characteristics such as waterproofing.

SIGNED MOU WITH CHINESE EPC
​
Binding Solutions Ltd has signed an MOU with a Chinese EPC company for the provision of technology to bind primary iron ore with a 500ktpa briquetting plant.

500ktpa capacity is targeted within the next year and the Chinese company has committed to building an additional 20Mtpa of capacity within the next four years.

SIGNED MOU WITH STEEL SERVICES COMPANY
​
Binding Solutions Ltd has signed an MOU with a world leading steel waste services company.
 
BSL is currently working with the company to roll out its technology to existing waste agglomeration sites and are actively seeking new projects for joint operation with the company operating the plant and BSL providing a technology solution.

SIGNED MOU WITH US WASTE PARTNER
​
Binding Solutions has signed an MOU with a steel waste company in the US.

The company has identified a number of opportunities for BSL to act as principal, agglomerating waste fines to produce a high-value product. Initial projects include a high-value Blue Gem coal opportunity in Kentucky and a waste steel fines project in Louisiana.

FURNACE TRIALS 
​
Binding Solutions has engaged several operators to run furnace trials for its waste and primary pellets.
 
Over the next 3-6 months, the Company will be testing 65% and 67.5% Fe pellets into furnaces in the US, Sweden, China and the UK to demonstrate the economic and technical viability of its pellets to end-users. BSL has engaged the Materials Processing Institute to run and coordinate these trials. Midrex trials are scheduled for May/June for waste and primary Cold-pressed DRI pellets.

MOU SIGNED WITH 30MTPA WEST AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT MINE
​
Binding Solutions Ltd has signed an MOU with a development mine in West Africa targeting 30Mtpa capacity.

Phase I includes an early production plan of 1Mtpa, followed by a ramp-up to 12Mtpa capacity in Phase II and 30Mtpa in Phase III. BSL has developed a suitable binder bespoke to the mine’s material source to produce a 65% Fe pellet. BSL is currently conducting furnace trials to test the pellets with a potential end-user.
